Products made available into the website are made up of various marine accessories, electronics, nautical clothing, furnishing in nautical style, books, etc .; services made available on the Site are those associated with the sale of the abovementioned products. All products and services are described in the Site (YachtShop.eu).

The Website Owner is Cantiere Navalmeccanico Rettifiche Ranieri Srl (hereinafter, Ranieri Srl), with registered office in Lungomare Giambattista Starita 1 / F, 70123 BARI - VAT number.  00261710727 which is owner and holder of all rights on the mark. All purchases of products and services provided through the Site (hereinafter, the Purchase Contracts) by users who have access to it (hereinafter Customers) are governed solely by the General Conditions.

The customer is required to read the conditions of sale that YachtShop.eu makes available also in order to enable the reproduction and retention of these Conditions in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, co. 3 of Legislative Decree. N. 70/2003.

YachtShop.eu may change at any time and without notice, the contents of the General Conditions set out in this document. Any modifications made, will take effect as from the date of publication on the Site, as declared in the header of the General Terms themselves.

The customer can buy products contained in the electronic catalog of YachtShop.eu, described in detail in the Site, respecting the technical procedures of access under illustrated. The publication of the products and services displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the customer to make a purchase contract proposal. The order placed by the Customer is considered as a contractual proposal and involves the full knowledge and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The correct reception of the Customer proposal is confirmed by YachtShop.eu with an automatic response sent to the email address supplied by the customer. The response of YachtShop.eu is generated automatically by the system of the Site and only confirms the proper receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate a "Customer Order Number" that has to be used in any subsequent communication with YachtShop.eu . The message will include, in addition to the information required by the law, all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and to communicate quickly any corrections.
Each Purchase Agreement concluded between YachtShop.eu and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance by YachtShop.eu YachtShop.eu has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the customer and the latter can’t raise claims or rights whatsoever, in any capacity, in case of rejection of the order. The acceptance of YachtShop.eu will be confirmed by sending an e-mail to the address provided by the customer. After 4 days from the date of transmission of the proposal, in case of rejection by YachtShop.eu, the order is considered not accepted.
By placing an order, in the manner provided by the operating instructions of the Site, the Customer declares that he have read all information provided during the purchase process, and that he fully accepts the General conditions and payment conditions described below.
The minimum amount accepted for the order and the country of destination is specified during the order procedure. Placing the order the customer declare to accept the mentioned conditions.

All product prices are clearly indicated on the website.
Pursuant the D.P.R. n. 633/1972, foreign companies can pay VAT excluded (because subjected to taxation of their countries).
These companies, may indicate the billing information in the specific forms on the site and Yachtshop.eu reserves the right to verify the veracity  of these data.
The prices do not include charges for transport and packaging which will be indicated separately.
Prices and availability of products, which are listed on the site, are subject to modifications at any time and without notice. To orders already accepted by YachtShop.eu as above, will be applied the terms of sale in force at the time of order by the customer.
The availability of the products (shown on the individual product data sheets) may not be updated in real time and, considering the possible simultaneous access to the site of many users, the actual availability of the individual products may vary considerably during the same day compared to the indications contained in the Site. YachtShop.eu does not assume any commitment and cannot guarantee the certainty of immediate fulfillment of the delivery of products purchased and shown as available on the site and therefore it is in no way responsible for any delays in delivery.
The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary depending on the mode of delivery and payment as well as the place of destination and the total amount of the order, is added to the total price of each Purchase Contract and is clearly indicated and communicated to the customer, through the Site, before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement.

Payments in fulfillment of the Purchase Contracts concluded in the Site may only be made through credit cards, circuit PayPal or wire transfer. The customer must choose the method of payment at the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement. Once finalized the Purchase, the method of payment can be changed only after the approval of Yachtshop.eu .
In case of non-payment by the customer of the agreed price, for any reason or cause, YachtShop.eu will invite the customer to provide the balance of payment.  YachtShop.eu will have the right to charge interests on late payments equal to the provisions of law; in this case, until such time as the Customer has not regularized his debt position with YachtShop.eu, it also reserves the right to cancel any further deliveries of products, close any existing Purchase Contracts and block the functions of purchase through the Site, without prejudice to the compensation of any further damage.
Payments by credit card or PayPal system:
If the Customer purchases the products and the price has been paid by credit card or PayPal system, the reference bank will immediately verify the validity of the credit card, and will proceed to debit the total amount corresponding to each Purchase Agreement.
Information about the buyer's credit card are sent via secure connection directly to the website of the bank handling the transaction. YachtShop.eu will not handle in any way the data related to financial transaction connected with the payment of the purchase contract.
YachtShop.eu reserves itself the right to require at any time customer information (ex. the phone number) or the sending of documents copies proving the ownership of the credit card used for the completion of the Purchase Agreement . In the absence of transmission by the customer of the additional information or documents required, YachtShop.eu has the right to refuse the order or to rescind from the Purchase Contract perfected, giving notification to the Customer at the e-mail address specified.
Payment by Bank transfer:  
Payment of the products by bank transfer must be made within 4 working days from the acceptance of the order by YachtShop.eu .. To speed-up operations of preparation of the order the customer can send an email (info@yachtshop.eu)  or fax +39 080-534.40.58 with the copy of the receipt of the bank transfer with indication of the identification number of the transaction (CRO) . It is understood that the deadline for the delivery of the goods shall be effective, however, as soon as the payment will be credited to the bank account of Ranieri Srl.

All deliveries of products will be at risk of YachtShop.eu . The risk will be transferred to the customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer by the shipper, carrier or other agent in charge from YachtShop.eu for delivery.
In the event that the goods were shipped with carriage forward, on the recommendation of the customer (the customer sends its own carrier to pick up the goods at our warehouse), the latter assumes the responsibility of the risk from the delivery of goods to the carrier.
The customer can indicate any delivery address for the shipping of the order. It is possible to ship to a different name (for example in the case of a gift to a friend).
The products will be delivered in the street. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier hired by YachtShop.eu, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document and the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered, also in the sealing materials.
Any damage to packing and / or product or the mismatch in the number or type of packages should be immediately reported by the customer, putting the word "AGREE WITH RESERVE"  on the receipt of delivery left by the courier. If this is Not possible the package has to be rejected. In Additions, the customer agrees to promptly report - but no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery - to YachtShop.eu (sending a message to info@YachtShop.eu) each and any eventual problems regarding the 'physical integrity , correspondence or completeness of the products received.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 7 (seven) days from the receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by mail (info@yachshop.eu), fax (+39 080 5344058) or registered post.
The alerts arrived over these terms will not be considered. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what stated.
Cases of force majeure, unavailability of goods or means of transport, as well as unpredictable or inevitable events that cause delays in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible, or that cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery against YachtShop.eu entitle to YachtShop.eu to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, YachtShop.eu  will provide timely and adequate notice of its determination to the email address provided by the customer. The latter shall be entitled to a refund of any money already paid, excluding any further claims, in any capacity, in respect of YachtShop.eu .
No liability, for any reason, can be charged from the customer to YachtShop.eu in case of delay in the order completion or delivery of the goods covered by the Purchase Contracts.

YachtShop.eu  is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, arising from  the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website YachtShop.eu, including delays and / or non-delivery of the product. YachtShop.eu  is also not responsible for the correspondence of goods to the specifications published on the website, nor for any other circumstances not directly attributable to YachtShop.eu .

 The responsibility of YachtShop.eu is always and in all circumstances limited only to the replacement of the defective products and / or repairing them. YachtShop.eu disclaims all liability due to consequences and / or damages arising from the items sold, as well as from the proper and improper use of the same. The warranty does not cover labor costs incurred by the customer for assembly / disassembly operations, any purchase of complementary parts and the return for repair and / or replacement. YachtShop.eu  does not respond in any measure to claims for expenses of any nature incurred by the customer.

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the field of the distance contract, that is concluded outside of business premises.

This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and to receive the reimbursement of expenses incurred.

This right is reserved solely to individuals (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal entities and individuals acting for purposes related to their professional activity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the request of withdrawal by registered post no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the products (unless otherwise agreed). The address is:

The return is responsibility of the customer, the latter has to ship the products covered by the withdrawal at his own charge, by courier of his choice (unless otherwise agreed).The products must be sent no later than 10 working days from the date of the withdrawal request to Yachtshop.eu, to the following address:

For the correct and valid exercise of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the customer must observe the following terms and conditions:

• The withdrawal may also be made limited to single products which are part of one Purchase Agreement, obviously the withdrawal is applied to the product as a whole;
• products which are the object of Purchase Contracts in relation to which the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal must be undamaged and will be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documents );
• The customer will organize the shipping and the return of the products to YachtShop.eu The shipment will be made at its sole expense and care.
• if the returned product has been damaged during transport, YachtShop.eu  will be required only to notify the Customer of the incident in order to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice (and / or its insurance company) , to which the customer can retaliate
YachtShop.eu is not responsible in any way for damage or theft or loss of products subject of the withdrawal; each relative risk therefore remain responsibility of the customer.
Once verified the integrity of the returned product, YachtShop.eu will refund the customer the full amount paid for the product referred to the Purchase Agreement which is subject to withdrawal, no later than 30 days from the return of the products. The refund will be made through return of the amount of money charged to the credit card indicated by the Customer or by bank transfer, in accordance with the instructions and bank details that will be indicated by the same customer.

In any case of non-compliance with the conditions and procedures for exercising the withdrawal foreseen in the previous paragraphs, and in case of damage to the products for reasons other than transportation of the same, the Purchase Agreement will remain valid and effective and YachtShop.eu will return to the Customer the products improperly rendered, charging him for their shipping costs.

All goods sold are covered by the warranties issued by individual manufacturers and / or importers and any authorized service center. The warranty period is 1 year for sales to companies and 2 years for private use (unless otherwise indicated on specific products). It is understood that all the products sold by YachtShop.eu, are warranted according to legislation in force at the time of purchase.
The warranty coverage is valid starting from the date of the invoice or other accounting documentation accompanying the goods on delivery. The validity of the warranty is bound to the preservation, by the Customer, of the documents referred to above.
The Customer will lose rights guaranteed by art. 130, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 if he does not make the complaint  to YachtShop.eu about the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

To activate the claim under warranty, the customer must send an email to info@YachtShop.eu or a fax to 080-5344058 indicating the details of the bill, the material in question and the reasons for the request.
YachtShop.eu will issue the authorization for the return of the material for the appropriate verifications or it will indicate the authorized service center where the customer can ask for warranty service.

In case of return authorization, the material must be sent with the original packaging complete  of the copy of the invoice. The material will be sent at expense and care of the customer (unless otherwise agreed) at the following address:

It is possible to  replace / repair articles verified as defective and /or damaged for causes exclusively dependent on the production and / or the material used but not showing signs of tampering and / or alteration. YachtShop.eu reserves the right to send the items back to the manufacturers or suppliers in order to verify the defect and the existence of the conditions for the replacement or repair under warranty.
In case of acceptance of the warranty claim, YachtShop.eu will make all efforts  to replace at its own expense, with other products of the same quality and characteristics, available at its warehouses, those delivered products proved to be damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects, if  these have been sent back by the Customer in the original packaging (complete with all the parts that make it up). If the replacement with the same product is not possible, YachtShop.eu will refund the customer the amount paid for the product proved to be defective, excluding any further liability of YachtShop.eu, for whatever reason.

Yachtshop.eu  retains the right to charge to the customer the full cost of transport (round trip) in the following cases:
1. whether the defect, after the technical verification by the manufacturer / distributor, is not covered by the Warranty;
2. if, after the technical verification by the distributor / manufacturer, the product is found perfectly working and free from defects.

For any disputes arising between YachtShop.eu and the customer, the reference will be the Court for the place of residence or domicile of the consumer if located within the state. For customers domiciled in states of the European Union, will be applied  the articles. 15-17 Reg. 44/01 EU. For customers domiciled outside the European Union it will be responsible, exclusively, the Court of Bari.

In order to purchase products on the Site, the customer must make the registration and provide the personal data required in the form. By registering the customer will be assigned a personal login and password through which the same is identified at the time of access to the website.
